Deputies Chairman of Investigative Committee

 

Arman Poghosyan

First Class Adviser of Justice



He was born on November 26, 1971 in Yerevan.

In 1993 he graduated from the Faculty of Law of Yerevan State University.

From 1993 to 1994 he served in the Armed Forces.

From 1995 to 2003 he worked in the RA Ministry of Internal Affairs as an investigator, then a senior investigator.

From 2003 to 2009 he was Deputy Chairman of the Board of “Trust Bank” CJSC.

From 2009 to 2014 was Deputy Head of Investigative Service of the RA Ministry of Defense.

From 2014 to 2018 he was Deputy Head of General Military Investigative Department of the RA Investigative Committee.

Arman Poghosyan was appointed in the position of Deputy Chairman of the RA Investigative Committee by RA Prime Minister’s decision of August 24, 2018.

During the working activity he has received a number of departmental awards, letters of gratitude.

He is married, has three children.

Artak Krkyasharyan

He was born on October 21, 1976 in Yerevan.

In 1999 he graduated from the Faculty of Law of Yerevan State University.

From 1999 to 2001 he served in the RA Armed Forces.

From 2001 to 2005 he was an investigator in Military Prosecution Office of Martakert Garrison.

From 2005 to 2007 he was an investigator of particularly important cases in the RA Military Prosecution Office.

From 2007 to 2012 he was head of Investigative Unit (garrison 5) of Sevan Garrison of Investigative Service of the RA Ministry of Defense.

From 2012 to 2013 he was the head of Investigative Unit (garrison 4) of Yerevan Garrison of Investigative Service of the RA Ministry of Defense.

From 2013 to 2018 he was Deputy Military Prosecutor of the RA.

Artak Krkyasharyan was appointed in the position of Deputy Chairman of the RA Investigative Committee – Head of General Military Investigative Department by RA Prime Minister’s decision of August 24, 2018.

During the working activity he has received a number of state and departmental awards, certificates of honor, letters of gratitude.

He is married, has three children.

 

Samvel Avetisyan

He was born on April 13, 1971 in Yerevan.

In 1994 he graduated from the Faculty of Law of Yerevan State University.

From 1995 to 2003 he worked in the RA Ministry of Internal Affairs as an investigator of Mashtots Division of Internal Affairs of Yerevan Department of Internal Affairs then investigator of the first department, senior investigator of the third department of General Investigative Department.

From 2003 to 2010 he worked in the Investigative Department of the RA Police as a senior investigator of the Second Division of Investigation of Important Cases, senior investigator of particularly important cases, senior investigator of particularly important cases of the Division of Crimes against Official and Economic Activity, deputy head of the Division.

From 2010 to 2014 he worked in General Investigative Department of the RA Police as Head of Division of Crimes against Official and Economic Activity of the Second Department of Investigation of Particularly Important Cases.

From 2014 to 2018 he worked in the RA Investigative Committee as Deputy Head of General Department of Investigation of Particularly Important Cases.

From May 2018 to August 2018 he worked in the RA Investigative Committee as Head of Department of Investigation of Corruption Crimes, Crimes against Property and Cybercrimes of General Department of Investigation of Particularly Important Cases.

Samvel Avetisyan was appointed in the position of Deputy Chairman of the RA Investigative Committee – Head of General Department of Investigation of Particularly Important Cases by RA Prime Minister’s decision of August 24, 2018.
