The wanted, born in 1978, within the criminal case investigated in Ajapnyak and Davtashen administrative districts of Yerevan Investigative Department of the RA Investigative Committee on 32 year-old man's murder turned himself to the investigative body. Charge was pressed against him.
It was earlier informed that on May 1, 2019 at 03:35 a call was received from «Armenia» medical center in Mashtots Police Division informing that a man, born in 1986, with cut-pierced penetrating wound on the left part of the chest, damaged heart, bleeding was taken to them. He died on the same day.
A criminal case was initiated in the RA IC Investigative Division of Ajapnyak and Davtashen administrative districts of Yerevan Investigative Department according to the Part 1 of the Article 34-104 of RA Criminal Code.
In the result of investigatory actions of great volume and urgent operative-intelligence measures taken together with the officers of appropriate subdivisions of the Police a number of circumstances of the case were found out, the person having committed the alleged crime was identified; he is the victim's friend – a resident of Yerevan, born in 1978. Search was declared against him.
The latter turned himself to the investigative body and charge was pressed against him according to the Part 1 of the Article 104 of RA Criminal Code. The investigator submitted a motion to court to reconfirm detention as a pretrial measure against him. It was sufficed.
Preliminary investigation is ongoing. Measures are taken to provide the objective, comprehensive and complete investigation of the case.
Note; Everyone charged with alleged crime offence shall be presumed innocent until proved guilty according to law.
