Deputy Chairman of the RA Investigative Committee A. Ghambaryan received Head of Investigative Department of the Police of the Republic of Artsakh I. Grigoryan and Deputy Head N. Grigoryan.
The guests got acquainted with the conditions of subdivisions of the Investigative Committee created to conduct separate investigatory actions, logistics base, the opportunities created for investigators’ trainings, the work of the printing-house planned for printing educational, methodological manuals.
During the meeting the guests showed interest also in the opportunities of modern information technologies. The Head of Division of Computer and Technical Provision of the IC Administration represented the programs of archiving the terminated criminal cases and those sent to court, digitalization of criminal cases and electronic preliminary investigation.
The parties discussed particularly the issue of introducing the archiving system in the investigative division of the police of the Republic of Artsakh which will contribute to organizing the exchange of data of criminal cases in a more efficient way.
Deputy Chairman of the RA Investigative Committee assured that the RA Investigative Committee is ready to support the partners of Artsakh to improve the logistics base, to contribute to investigators’ trainings. Educational-methodological manuals, collections of decisions of Disciplinary Commission were given to the guests and an agreement was achieved to provide the educational manuals periodically.
