On 1 October, 2014, at about 21:15 in one of the military positions of unit N of Defense Army of Nagorno-Kharabakh Republic the soldier Davit Navasardyan died of firearm injury he had received on his head in the result of the shots fired by the enemy.
A criminal case was initiated in General Military Investigative Department of RA Investigative Committee according to the Point 13 of the Part 2 of the Article 104 of RA Criminal Code –murder out of motives of national, race or religious hate or fanatism.
