A criminal case was initiated in Lori Regional Investigative Department of the RA Investigative Committee on stabbing two residents of Lori region.
On June 8, 2016 at 20:45 a call was received from “Vanadzor Medical Center” CJSC informing that the resident of Tumanyan community, Lori region Arshak Poghosyan, born in 1997, and the resident of Vanadzor Meruzhan Yeghinyan, born in 1994, with “cut-pierced penetrating wounds on the abdomen” were taken to medical center.
On the same day a criminal case was initiated in Lori Regional Investigative Department according to the Point 1 of the Part 2 of the Article 112 of RA Criminal Code.
Arshak Poghosyan and Meruzhan Yeghinyan were found an injured party but they were not interrogated as they were not able to take part in the investigatory action.
The clothes of the injured parties were confiscated, inspection of the site was conducted, forensic medical examination was commissioned, an investigatory plan was made, the relevant subdivisions of the police were tasked, investigatory and procedural actions of great volume are conducted to reveal the crime.
