A criminal case was initiated in General Military Investigative Department of RA Investigative Committee on murder of a serviceman of RA Armed Forces committed by the enemy.
According to initial data, on 29.03.2015 at about 15:20 in the combat position of the protection area of the unit N the serviceman Hovsep Andreasyan sustained a bodily injury in the result of the shot fired by the enemy with a firearm of large caliber
H. Andreasyan died at military hospital during the operation at about 17:45.
A criminal case was initiated in General Military Investigative Department of RA Investigative Committee according to the Point 13 of the Part 2 of the Article 104 of RA Criminal Code.
Preliminary investigation is under way.
