A criminal case was initiated in the Division of Investigation of Traffic Crimes of Yerevan Investigative Department of the RA Investigative Committee on car accident which caused a human death.
On November 1, 2018 at about 20:30 at the crossroad of Agatangeghos and Khorenatsi Streets of Yerevan the driver of the car of “Porsche” make ran over V. Galstyan negligently causing his death.
On November 11, 2018 a criminal case was initiated in the RA IC Division of Investigation of Traffic Crimes of Yerevan Investigative Department according to the Part 2 of the Article 242 of RA Criminal Code.
Inspection of the accident scene, of transport means was conducted, forensic medical, forensic auto technical and forensic trace and forensic chemical complex examinations were commissioned.
Signature not to leave was chosen as a pretrial measure against the driver of “Porsche” make.
Preliminary investigation is ongoing. Necessary investigatory actions are conducted to find out all circumstances of the accident.
Note; Everyone charged with alleged crime offence shall be presumed innocent until proved guilty according to law.
