On May 15 the criminal case initiated in the RA Police on hooliganism was received in the proceeding of the RA Investigative Committee.
On May 13, 2019 at 14:50 62 year-old man submitted a report in Police Division of Nor Nork informing that on the same day at about 14:20 in Avan and Nor Nork residence of the Court of First Instance of Yerevan a number of people scolded, pulled him doing violent actions and hit him on the face with a water container causing bodily injury.
A criminal case was initiated in Nor Nork Division of the Police according to the Point 1 of the Part 3 of the Article 258 of RA Criminal Code.
Necessary investigatory and procedural actions are conducted to provide the comprehensive, complete and objective investigation of the case.
Preliminary investigation is ongoing.
Note; Everyone charged with alleged crime offence shall be presumed innocent until proved guilty according to law.
