Measures are taken in the Investigative Division of Yerevan Investigative Department of the RA Investigative Committee to find the circumstances of threatening advocate Inesa Petrosyan.

On May 20, 2017 the person having committed the apparent crime sent a message containing threats from the personal page “Narine Arzumanyan” of “Facebook” social network in relation to presenting the interests of the legal successor of the victim in the framework of murder case investigated in the court of first instance of Erebuni and Nubarashen administrative districts.

A criminal case was initiated according to the Part 2 of the Article 347 of RA Criminal Code which today was received in the proceeding of the Investigative Division of Erebuni and Nubarashen administrative districts of Yerevan Investigative Department of the RA Investigative Committee. Necessary investigatory and other procedural actions are conducted to provide the comprehensive, objective and complete investigation of circumstances of the case.

Additional information on procedural decisions made on the base of the investigation results will be provided.
