In Syuniq Regional Investigative Department of the RA Investigative Committee cases of swindling money by cheating from several persons in the framework of bargains of social packages were revealed.
 

Through preliminary investigation it was found that the person having committed the apparent crime, introducing himself as an employee of “Rubenyants House” LLC at secondary school of Kornidzor village of Syuniq region, promised a number of beneficiaries of social packages to organize their holiday in Armenia and Georgia. Contracts on provision of tourist services were signed and a part of the money was taken in cash. Through investigation sufficient evidence were obtained on the allegation that in spite of the signed contracts the holiday of a number of citizens was not organized and the money was not returned.
 

A criminal case was initiated in Syuniq Regional Investigative Department of the RA Investigative Committee according to the Part 1 of the Article 178 of RA Criminal Code.
 

In the result of investigatory actions the person having committed the apparent crime was identified; he is H. Nikoyan. On the base of the obtained evidence charge was pressed against him according to the Part 1 of the Article 178 of RA Criminal Code, signature not to leave was chosen as a pretrial measure against him.
 

Preliminary investigation is ongoing, measures are taken to find all circumstances of the case, the real frame of the affected, to provide the objective, complete and comprehensive investigation of the case.
