In the course of the preliminary investigation of the criminal proceeding investigated in the Department for Investigation of Crimes against Humanity of General Department for Investigation of Particularly Important Cases of the RA Investigative Committee factual data were obtained on the allegation that in April-May, 2026  H.D., a candidate for deputy nominated by the “Armenia” alliance, and H.S., head of one of the headquarters, materially incentivized S.M. to participate in the alliance's gatherings by promising to pay them an amount of 150 thousand AMD, disguised in the form of employment

In the course of the preliminary investigation, a decision was made by the supervising prosecutor to initiate public criminal prosecution against H.S. and H.D, according to the Part 2 of the Article 236 of RA Criminal Code. 

The criminal proceeding with the bill of indictment was referred to the supervising prosecutor.
