Reception of Citizens

 

Dear Citizens,

Receptions are held with the Chairman of the RA Investigative Committee, Deputies Chairman, the Secretary General, the Head of General Department for Control over Activity of Territorial Investigative Departments, and the heads of the main professional structural subdivisions (other subdivisions, regional departments, territorial divisions).  

The organization of reception of citizens at the central office of the RA Investigative Committee is conducted by the Division for Organization of Reception of Citizens and Access Control (46/5 Mamikonyants, Yerevan, telephone 012 515 423, 012 515 424, email address qk.qaxaqaciner@investigative.am), and on the other hand, in the main professional structural subdivisions - by the professional support units of those subdivisions (the addresses, phone numbers and email addresses of the units are available in the Structure section of the official website of the RA Investigative Committee).

Citizens who have been received at least once by the Deputy Chairman of the RA Investigative Committee in charge of regulating the relevant field, or the Head of General Department for Control over Activity of Territorial Investigative Departments, or the Secretary General, however, the results of the meeting were considered unsatisfactory by citizens, may be placed on the waiting list for an appointment with the Chairman of the RA Investigative Committee.

The reception of participants in military operations conducted to defend the homeland, family members of the deceased, minors, pregnant women, the elderly, and the disabled is organized on an extraordinary basis.
