In the course of the preliminary investigation of the criminal proceeding initiated in Armavir Regional Investigative Department of the RA Investigative Committee it was found out that since 2023, in the fields of Nor Artagers settlement of Metsamor community, the company has extracted sand for the purpose of constructing fish-farming ponds without the required permit. It concealed and failed to declare the volume of the extracted sand mixture, as a result of which the environmental use fee was not paid to the state budget. 

As a result of procedural and evidentiary actions conducted in the course of the preliminary investigation 25 million 700 AMD of the damage caused to the state has been recovered.
