According to the report about an apparent crime received in the RA Investigative Committee from the RA Ministry of Internal Affairs, on June 7, 2025, in front of polling station N 25/28 in Tashir community, A.S., who was clearly in a state of intoxication, committed hooliganism and interfered with the legal official activity of an official, during which a group of people intervened, supporting A.S., as a result of which he fled.

With regard to the case, a criminal proceeding was initiated in Lori Regional Investigative Department of the RA investigative 

Committee according to the Point 1 of the Part 2 of the Article 297 of RA Criminal Code and the Part 3 of the Article 452 of RA Criminal Code. 

In the course of the preliminary investigation of the criminal proceeding two individuals were arrested.
