In the course of the preliminary investigation of the criminal proceeding initiated in Armavir Regional Investigative Department of the RA Investigative Committee it was found out that the company engaged in sand extraction illegally mined a sand and gravel mixture within the administrative territory of Artashar, a settlement in Metsamor community, thereby causing material damage to the state.

As a result of investigative and procedural actions conducted in the course of the preliminary investigation, the damage in the amount of 22 million 561 thousand AMD caused to the state by the company has been recovered.
