Within the framework of the criminal proceeding initiated in General Department for Investigation of Crimes against the State, Fundamentals of the Constitutional Order and Public Security of the RA Investigative Committee regarding cases of taking a bribe in particularly large amount and money laundering in particularly large amount, urgent investigative and procedural actions were conducted in the apartments of G.Kh., former Chairman of the RA State Revenue Committee, and his son, as well as at the offices and branches of approximately 21 companies affiliated with them.

Within the framework of the criminal proceeding a decision on G.Kh.’s arrest was made to bring him before court.
