According to the report about an apparent crime received in the RA Investigative Committee, on June 7, 2026 at 08:19 at polling station N 20/56, "Strong Armenia" proxy A.S. attempted to vote twice, after which the machine printed a receipt with the words "double voting attempt." The polling station commission took the coupon to submit to the CEC, after which A.S. was called out of the polling station and presented to a police officer.

On the basis of a reasonable suspicion arisen directly A.S. was arrested by the officers of the Police of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

With regard to the case a criminal proceeding was initiated in Gegharkunik Regional Investigative Department of the RA Investigative Committee according to the Part 1 of the Article 44-214 of RA Criminal Code. 

Preliminary investigation of the criminal proceeding is ongoing.
