Materials on inflicting bodily damage to a contractor of the 102d military base located in Gyumri, Alexander Rutskoy with a cutting-piercing object were received in Shirak Regional Investigative Department of the RA Investigative Committee.
 

According to initial data, on the morning of October 13, 2016 A. Rutskoy together with his fellow servicemen took part in a party and was inflicted bodily injuries during the row erupted at the party. The injured was taken to medical center of Gyumri CJSC early on October 13 where “cut-pierced not penetrating wound on the right part of the abdomen, injury of soft tissues of the face” was diagnosed.
 

Investigation is conducted in Shirak Regional Investigative Department to find all circumstances of the case.   
 

At the same time we inform that investigative subordination of the case is considered.
