In the course of the preliminary investigation of the criminal proceeding initiated in Lori Regional Investigative Department of the RA Investigative Committee, factual data were obtained on the allegation that M.A., acting as an authorized representative of the "Strong Armenia" alliance and while present in the courtyard of polling station N 25/20, with the intent to interfere with voters' free and independent exercise of their electoral rights, and to influence their expression of will, on June 7, urged and directed voters arriving at the polling station to cast their ballots in favor of the "Strong Armenia" alliance.

By the prosecutor’s decision, public criminal prosecution was initiated against M.A. according to the Part 1 of the Article 210 of RA Criminal Code. 

The criminal proceeding with the bill of indictment was sent to the prosecutor.
