In the course of the preliminary investigation of the criminal proceeding initiated in Lori Regional Investigative Department of the RA Investigative Committee factual data were obtained on the allegation that during the period from April 2 to 14, 2026, four individuals, acting in prior agreement to commit thefts and according to role distribution, unlawfully entered the interiors of vehicles parked in various neighborhoods of Vanadzor town by damaging vehicle windows or opening door locks, as well as entered a flower shop, from which they stole significant and large amounts of money, bank cards, electronic devices, and various other property.

In the course of the preliminary investigation, by the supervising prosecutor’s decision, public criminal prosecution was initiated against the 4 individuals for committing 26 counts of theft, as well as for aiding the theft. 

The criminal proceeding with the bill of indictment was referred to the supervising prosecutor.
