Preliminary investigation of the criminal proceeding initiated on concealing the actual sales turnover of the company organizing the activities of the sports club and evading paying taxes in particularly large amount, is conducted in General Department for Investigation of Economic Crimes and Smuggling of the RA Investigative Committee.

In the result of large-scale and comprehensive procedural and evidentiary actions conducted in the course of preliminary investigation, in July, 2025 the damage in particularly large amount of 250 million AMD caused to the state, was recovered by the company.
