A criminal case was initiated in Masis Investigative Division of Ararat Regional Investigative Department of the RA Investigative Committee on murder of 54 year-old V. Sargsyan.

On November 9, 2015 at about 14:00 the body of the resident of the apartment 4, house 6, Masis-Station Vachagan Sargsyan with blood-like traces on the head and face was found in the field located at the area of Sayat-Nova village, Ararat region.

According to the initial examination results given by the forensic expert fractures of skull were recorded.

A criminal case was initiated according to the Part 1 of the Article 104 of RA Criminal Code (murder). Forensic medical examination was commissioned. Necessary investigatory actions are conducted to find all the circumstances of V. Sargsyan’s murder, as well as to identify the person having committed the apparent crime.
