In the course of preliminary investigation of the criminal proceeding initiated in General Department for Investigation of Economic Crimes and Smuggling of the RA Investigative Committee it was found out that during 2024-2025 the individual entrepreneur underdeclared the sales turnover, and the taxes payable to the state budget by the company were undercalculated.

In the result of procedural and evidentiary actions conducted within the framework of the criminal proceeding 65 million AMD of the damage caused to the state has been recovered. 

Preliminary investigation of the criminal proceeding is ongoing.
