According to the decree of RA President Serzh Sargsyan dated September 16, the Deputy Chairman of the Investigative Committee of the Republic of Armenia, Head of General Department of Investigation of Particularly Important Cases, Colonel of Justice Vahagn Harutyunyan was granted a rank of Major-General of Justice.
