On June 10, 2026, at the joint meeting of the Standing Committees on State and Legal Affairs and on Financial-Credit and Budgetary Affairs of the RA National Assembly, Artur Poghosyan presented the annual report on the execution of the 2025 budget of the RA Investigative Committee.

Under the 2025 State Budget of the Republic of Armenia, 20.6 billion AMD was allocated to the Investigative Committee, of which 92.8% was executed.

Artur Poghosyan noted that compared to 2024, the Investigative Committee's expenditures increased by 14%, or 2.4 billion AMD. The increase was mainly due to funds allocated to the “Expert Forensic Center of the Investigative Committee of the Republic of Armenia” SNPO. During the reporting period, the SNPO conducted an unprecedented volume of forensic examinations, having examined 40,282 items and issued 9,841 expert opinions.

The Chairman of the RA Investigative Committee presented the six activities implemented under the “Investigative Services of the Republic of Armenia” program.
