As of 20:00 of only 7 June, 2026, in the subdivisions of the RA Investigative Committee, 59 criminal proceedings have been initiated on electoral crimes, 43 of which - In regional investigative subdivisions, 16 - in the investigative subdivisions of Yerevan.
 
Thus, 

• 9 criminal proceedings were initiated according to the Article 210 of RA Criminal Code (impeding the exercise of the right to participate in an election or referendum, obstructing the work of electoral commissions or the exercise of the rights or obligations of persons participating in an election or referendum).
• 30 criminal proceedings were initiated according to the Article 214 of RA Criminal Code (voting more than once or on behalf of another person). 
• 17 criminal proceedings were initiated according to the Article 215 of RA Criminal Code (violation of the secrecy of voting). 
• 3 criminal proceedings were initiated according to the Article 314 of RA Criminal Code (spreading false information about terrorism). 

9 individuals were arrested within the framework of the criminal proceedings.
