In the course of the preliminary investigation of the criminal proceeding initiated in Aragatsotn Regional Investigative Department of the RA Investigative Committee on degradation of land factual data were obtained on the allegation that the company illegally extracted 7.853.7 cubic meters of rock material up to November 4, 2022, thereby causing damage to the state in the amount of 6 million 640 thousand 890 AMD.

The damage caused to the state has been recovered in the course of the preliminary investigation.
