According to the report about an apparent crime received in the RA Investigative Committee from the RA Ministry of Internal Affairs, on June 7, 2026, holding a voters’ list in her hand, the president of the condominium, A.G., approached the citizens who participated in the vote at polling station N 29/09 in Abovyan town and had conversations with them regarding the voting.

On the basis of a reasonable suspicion arisen directly A.G. was arrested by the officers of the Police of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and brought to the investigative body. 

A criminal proceeding was initiated in Kotayk Regional Investigative Department of the RA Investigative Committee according to the Part 2 of the Article 215 of RA Criminal Code. 

Preliminary investigation of the criminal proceeding is ongoing.
