A criminal case was initiated in the Second Garrison Investigative Unit on murder of serviceman Seyran Sargsyan committed by the enemy.

On September 28, 2017 at about 15:00 in the result of the shot fired by the enemy towards the combat base of protection area of the unit N serviceman, junior sergeant Seyran Sargsyan sustained a fatal injury at the area of the head.

A criminal case was initiated in the Second Garrison Investigative Unit on murder out of motives of national, race and religious hate or fanatism.

Preliminary investigation is conducted.
