A criminal case was initiated in the First Garrison Investigative Unit of the RA Investigative Committee on murder of a serviceman.

On September 22, 2018 at about 16:00 in the result of the shot fired by the enemy towards the combat base of protection area of the unit N serviceman Artsakh Hovsepyan sustained a firearm injury at the region of the right cheek.

A. Hovsepyan died on the way to military hospital.

A criminal case was initiated in the First Garrison Investigative Unit on murder out of motives of national, race or religious hate or fanatism.

Preliminary investigation is conducted.
