As a result of large-scale evidentiary and other procedural actions conducted within the framework of the criminal proceeding investigated in General Department for Investigation of Crimes against the State, Fundamentals of the Constitutional Order and Public Security of the RA Investigative Committee, it was found out that about four years ago, T.U. applied to A.A., holding the highest status within the criminal hierarchy, a close associate of A.K., a resident of Alaverdi town, in order to resolve the issue of recovering a debt of 3.3 million AMD owed to him by A.H. and two brothers.

Realizing that A.A. had failed to resolve the dispute, on April 3, 2025, T.U., through A.P., applied to A.K., holding the highest status within the criminal hierarchy, regarding the same issue. In return for an unlawful benefit of 1.3 million AMD, A.K. used his illicit influence to settle the private dispute between the parties.

In addition, on April 25, 2025, T.U., through A.P., a member of a criminal subculture group headed by A.K., holding the highest rank within the criminal hierarchy, applied to A.K. to settle in his favor a dispute that had arisen between him and his relative A.A. over financial matters and an insult allegedly made by the latter against him in connection with those matters.

In order to resolve the private dispute in T.U.'s favor, A.K. subjected A.A. to verbal abuse and demanded that he apologize publicly in the presence of everyone, which A.A. did.

Public criminal prosecution was initiated against T.U. according to the Part 1 of the Article 325 of RA Criminal Code (2 counts), against A.P. and A.A. according to the Part 1 of the Article 324 of RA Criminal Code, and against A.K. according to the Point 5 of the Part 2 of the Article 196, the Part 1 of the Article 322 and the Point 5 of the Part 2 of the Article 323 of RA Criminal Code. 

Detention was selected as a pretrial measure against A.K., holding the highest status within the criminal hierarchy, search was declared. 

The criminal proceeding with respect to T.U., A.A. and A.P. with the bill of indictment was sent to the prosecutor.
