Preliminary investigation of the criminal proceeding initiated on the case of coercion to participate in a gathering through blackmail committed by an employee of Tashir Forestry Branch of "Hayantar" SNCO was completed in Lori Regional Investigative Department of the RA Investigative Committee. 

Particularly, in the course of the preliminary investigation of the criminal proceeding apparent factual data were obtained on the allegation that " Kh.O., a supporter of "Strong Armenia, working at Tashir Forestry Branch of "Hayantar" SNCO, having been informed about the rally organized in support of S.K. in the courtyard of the Anti-Corruption Court of Yerevan on November 17, 2025, with the aim of ensuring a large gathering, with direct intent, through blackmail, threatened several employees of Tashir Forestry Branch of "Hayantar" SNCO with losing their jobs, forming in them a perception of the risk of losing their jobs, thus forcing them to participate in the organized rally, and the latters, due to the fear of losing their jobs, participated under duress.

Public criminal prosecution was initiated against Kh.O. according to the Part 2 of the Article 236 of RA Criminal Code. 

Administrative supervision was applied as a pretrial measure against him.     

The criminal proceeding with respect to Kh. O. with the bill of indictment was sent to the prosecutor.
