Within the framework of the criminal proceeding investigated in General Department for Investigation of Crimes against the State, Fundamentals of the Constitutional Order and Public Security of the RA Investigative Committee, apparent factual data were obtained on the allegation that former deputy of National Assembly R.H. made statements using information and communication technologies that incited and promoted hatred, discrimination, intolerance, and hostility, as confirmed by the conclusion of the forensic expertise that was received. 

By the prosecutor’s decision, public criminal prosecution was initiated against R.H. according to the Point 3 of the Part 2 of the Article 329 of RA Criminal Code. 

Former deputy of National Assembly R.H. was arrested, a motion to apply administrative supervision as a pretrial measure against him was submitted to court. 

Preliminary investigation of the criminal proceeding is ongoing.
