Preliminary investigation of the criminal proceeding initiated on illegal turnover of arsenal owned by the administrative head of Saratovka settlement of Tashir community was completed in Lori Regional Investigative Department of the RA Investigative Committee. 

Particularly, through search conducted in the apartment of G.M., administrative head of Saratovka settlement, as well as auxiliary buildings, unfired rifle bullets were found. 

In the course of the preliminary investigation of the criminal proceeding, by the prosecutor’s decision, public criminal prosecution was initiated against G.M. according to the Part 1 of the Article 335 of RA Criminal Code. 

Home detention was selected as a pretrial measure against him. 

The criminal proceeding with the bill of indictment was sent to the prosecutor for approval and referral to court.
