Through preliminary investigation conducted within the criminal proceeding investigated in Lori Regional Investigative Department of the RA Investigative Committee it was found out and grounded Stepanavan resident A.O., with the direct intent to commit hooliganism, showing an undisguised disregard for society, as well as legal and moral norms, on June 5, 2026, using information and communication technologies, made a publication on his Facebook page containing sexual profanity and obscene expressions.

Public criminal prosecution was initiated against A.O., according to the Point 3 of the Part 2 of the Article 297 of RA Criminal Code. 

The latter was arrested and a motion was submitted to court to apply detention as a pretrial measure against him. 

Preliminary investigation of the criminal proceeding is ongoing.
