Within the framework of the criminal proceeding initiated in the Investigative Division of Avan and Nor Nork administrative districts of Yerevan Investigative Department of the RA Investigative Committee according to the Part 1 of the Article 44-155 of RA Criminal Code investigative and procedural actions are conducted to find out circumstances of murder attempt committed against 27 year-old resident of Yerevan.

The call on the mentioned case was received on August 18, 2022 at 01:40 from “Saint Gregory the Illuminator” medical center informing that the above-mentioned young man with “cut-pierced wound on the left lower collarbone region” was taken to the medical center.

Pursuant to the reference received from the medical center 27 year-old man’s condition is assessed as extremely serious.

Through inspection of the scene conducted during preliminary investigation blood-like traces were found and taken, the clothes of the injured were confiscated, the criminal records of the medical center was examined, forensic medical examination was commissioned.

Necessary measures are taken to find out all circumstances, as well as to identify the person (persons) having committed the alleged crime, find and bring him (them) to the investigative body.

Note; Everyone charged with alleged crime offence shall be presumed innocent until proved guilty according to law.
