According to the report on apparent crime received in the RA Investigative Committee from the RA National Security Service, V.H., holding the highest status within the criminal hierarchy, known by the pseudonym “thief Bje”, using his illegal influence, following an application by A.H., known by the pseudonym "Tetsik", in order to resolve the private issue that arose between the latter and S.P., known by the pseudonym "Gojo", in ways that do not comply with the mandatory rules of conduct established by the state and the lawful forms of their implementation, instructed A.H. to recognize S.P. as a discredited, dishonorable person and punish him for previously giving testimony against persons carrying a criminal subculture within the framework of criminal proceedings.  

With regard to the report, a criminal proceeding was initiated in the Department for Investigation of Crimes against Humanity of General Department for Investigation of Particularly Important Cases of the RA Investigative Committee.

By the prosecutor’s decision, public criminal prosecution was initiated against V.H. according to the Part 1 of the Article 322 of RA Criminal Code, and against A.H. – according to the Part 1 of the Article 324 of RA Criminal Code. 

They were arrested by the officers of the RA National Security Service and brought to the investigative body. 

Motions were submitted to court to apply detention as a pretrial measure against V.H. and A.H..
