As a result of large-scale procedural and evidentiary actions conducted in the course of the preliminary investigation investigated in the Department for Investigation of Crimes against Humanity of General Department for Investigation of Particularly Important Cases of the RA Investigative Committee, apparent factual data were obtained on the allegation that J.A., holding the highest status within criminal hierarchy took up the resolution of the dispute relating to the private matter of the failure to provide the loan amount of 1 million 400 thousand AMD.  

Particularly, P.G. applied tօ J.H., who held the highest status within criminal hierarchy, for the purpose of resolving private dispute concerning D.A.’s failure to provide D.G. with the loan amount of 1 million 400 thousand AMD, after which J.A. instructed D.A. to repay the mentioned amount to D.G. by December 1, 2025. 

Subsequently, after learning that D.A. had failed to fulfill the obligations he had undertaken, on January 16, 2026 J.A., with the involvement of A.G., a person associated with the criminal subculture, organized a gathering at a restaurant complex owned by him. During that gathering, as a result of A.G.'s mediation, D.A. was granted a period of seven months to fulfill his assumed obligation, while being compelled to transfer the mentioned amount to J.A. as an unlawful benefit.

In the course of the preliminary investigation, by the prosecutor’s decision, public criminal prosecution was initiated against J.A., holding the highest status within criminal hierarchy, according to the Part 1 of the Article 322 and the Part 1 of the Article 324 of RA Criminal Code. 

Administrative supervision, bail and absence ban was applied as a pretrial measure against them. 

The criminal proceeding with respect to J.A. and A.G. was sent to the prosecutor for approval and referral to court.
