A.A. stole a particularly large amount of electronic and other cigarettes, worth more than 4 million AMD from branches of a store selling electronic cigarettes.

6 criminal proceedings initiated on the cases were combined in one proceeding.

On May 26, 2025 A.A. was arrested on the base of reasonable suspicion of committing the above-mentioned committals.  

On May 27, 2025 public criminal prosecution was initiated against A.A. according to the Points 3 and 4 of the Part 2 of the Article 254 (3 counts), the Point 3 of the Part 2 of the Article 44-254 (2 counts), and the Point 3 of the Part 2 of the Article 254 of RA Criminal Code.

On May 28, 2025 detention was applied as a pretrial measure against him.

Preliminary investigation is ongoing.
