According to the report about an apparent crime received in the RA Investigative Committee, H.S., being fully aware of the crime being prepared, did not inform the RA competent authorities about it.

With regard to the report, a criminal proceeding was initiated in General Department for Investigation of Crimes against the State, Fundamentals of the Constitutional Order and Public Security of the RA Investigative Committee according to the Part 1 of the Article 473 of RA Criminal Code.

By the investigator’s decision, H.S. was arrested.

Preliminary investigation of the criminal proceeding is ongoing.
