In the course of the preliminary investigation of the criminal proceeding conducted in Lori Regional Investigative Department of the RA Investigative Committee, apparent factual data were obtained on the allegation that K.A. had obstructed the free exercise of the electoral rights of two residents of Shirakamut village in connection with their voting in favor of “Hayastan” Alliance in the regular elections to the RA National Assembly held on June 7, 2026.

Within the framework of the criminal proceeding, by the supervising prosecutor’s decision, public criminal prosecution was initiated against K.A. according to the Part 1 of the Article 210 of RA Criminal Code. 

The criminal proceeding with respect to K.A. with the bill of indictment was referred to the supervising prosecutor for approval and referral to court.
