As it was already informed, criminal proceeding regarding the state treason and disclosing information containing state secrets collected illegally, committed by A.T., political figure who supported the "Armenia" alliance of parties in the 2021 parliamentary elections and a member of the National Assembly included in the national electoral list of the same alliance, as well as disclosing information containing state secrets committed by A.M., former member of the RA National Assembly was being investigated in General Department for Investigation of Crimes against the State, Fundamentals of the Constitutional Order and Public Security of the RA Investigative Committee.

The criminal proceeding with respect to A.T. and A.M. with the bill of indictment was referred to the supervising prosecutor.
