In the course of the preliminary investigaiton of a large-scale criminal proceeding involving multiple episodes, conduxted in General Department for Investigation of Particularly Important Cases of the RA Investigative Committee, factual data were obtained on the allegation that  during the period from 2024 to 2026, V.H. entered flower shops, pharmacies, and food service establishments operating in Yerevan and various regions of the RA and, taking advantage of the inattention of persons present there, and in some cases also of the fact that the doors of vehicles parked in various locations had been left unlocked, stole mobile phones and other household items, belonging to approximately 40 citizens, with a total value of 7 million 950 thousand AMD.

In the course oif the preliminary investigation, by the supervising prosecutor’s decision, public criminal prosecution was initiated against V.H. for the above-mentioned committals accoridng to the Point 3 of the Part 3 of the Article 254 of RA Criminal Code. 

He was detained. 

The criminal proceeidng with the bill of indictment was referred to the supervising prosecutor.
