In the course of the preliminary investigation of the criminal proceeding  investigated in Armavir Regional Investigative Department of the RA Investigative Committee factual data were obtained on the allegation that while participating in the regular elections to the RA National Assembly at polling station N 15/48, H.S. openly displayed the ballot paper of the “Strong Armenia” alliance of political parties, which he had selected, in a manner visible to other persons present at the same polling station, and subsequently placed the aforementioned ballot paper into the ballot box.

Public criminal prosecution was initiated against H.S. according to the Part 1 of the Article 215 of RA Criminal Code. 

The criminal proceeding with the bill of indictment was referred to the supervising prosecutor for approval and referral to court.
