As a result of evidentiary and procedural actions conducted in the Department for Investigation of Crimes against Humanity of General Department for Investigation of Particularly Important Cases of the RA Investigative Committee, factual data were obtained on the allegation that  S.B., who was under home detention, expressed disrespect towards the court during the examination of the motion to change his pretrial measure, being dissatisfied with the decision made by the court, expressed disrespect towards the court, specifically, he used profanity and made obscene remarks. Subsequently, he was arrested by the officers of the Police of the RA Ministry of Internal Affairs and removed from the courtroom.

Subsequently, in connection with the lawful official and professional activities of the police officers, S.B., with the intent to damage their property, struck with a hand and shattered the window of a vehicle belonging to the department's inventory, and in Shirak Regional Investigative Department, after being questioned in the procedural status of an arrestee, he began showing inappropriate behavior. Specifically, he threw the bottle of water that had been placed on the table for his own use in the direction of the employee․ He also directed profanity and obscene remarks at the police officers demonstrating open contempt for legal and moral norms, In order to stop his actions, proportionate physical force and handcuffs were used against him by the police officers.

Subsequently, the detained person, S.B., in an attempt to evade serving the sentence involving deprivation of liberty, exited through the room's window and attempted to escape, after which he was apprehended by police officers.

Public criminal prosecution was initiated against S.B. according to the Parts 1, 2 of the Article 489, the Part 1 of the Article 297, (2 counts), the Part 2 of the Article 490, and the Part 1 of the Article 506 of RA Criminal Code. 

The criminal proceeding with the bill of indictment was referred to the supervising prosecutor.
