In the framework of the criminal case investigated in the Investigative Division of Kentron and Nork-Marash administrative districts of Yerevan Investigative Department of the RA Investigative Committee data were obtained on arrogation by use of violence or threat of violence committed by the owner of “Flesh” LLC Barsegh Beglaryan.

In the result of investigatory and operative-searching measures taken in the framework of the criminal case on arrogation by use of violence investigated in the Investigative Division of Kentron and Nork Marash administrative districts of Yerevan Investigative Department of the RA Investigative Committee it was found out that the founders and other officials of “Flesh Motors”, as well as “Flesh” companies in addition to others blamed the former commercial director of “Flesh Motors” LLC, as well for swindling property in particularly large amount from “Flesh Motors” LLC and demanded to restore the allegedly caused damage.

They threatened the former commercial director, used violence against him and the latter, having no way out, in April, 2016 pledged the flat which was his own property and transferred 9.700.000 AMD to the company.

The former commercial director was found the injured party. The director of the base of “Flesh” company was questioned as a suspect and on June 26 signature not to leave was used as a pretrial measure against him.

Considering that within the criminal case data were obtained on the relation of the founder president of “Flesh” LLC Barsegh Beglaryan to allegedly arrogation by use of violence or threat of violence on June 28 he was invited to the Investigative Division of Kentron and Nork-Marash administrative districtս as a suspect and was questioned. Signature not to leave was chosen as a pretrial measure against him.

Preliminary investigation is ongoing.
