According to the report about an apparent crime received in the RA Investigative Committee, on June 7, 2026, at 08։15 H.Kh., approaching polling station N 12/20 and receiving the ballots, entered the polling booth, after which he did not present the voting coupon to the commission member and stated that he had forgotten it in the polling booth and could not find it after searching.

Then, by the decision of the commission, the chairman entered the booth and checked the presence of the coupon, during which H.Kh., a proxy of the "Strong Armenia" alliance, approached the polling booth and videotaped the ballots and the box for unused ballots.
On the basis of a reasonable suspicion arisen directly H.Kh. was arrested by the officers of the Police of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

A criminal proceeding was initiated in Ararat Regional Investigative Department of the RA Investigative Committee according to the Part 2 of the Article 215 of RA Criminal Code. 

Preliminary investigation of the criminal proceeding is ongoing.
