According to the reports on apparent crime received in the RA Investigative Committee from the RA Ministry of Internal Affairs, T.V. and A.Gh., using information and communication technologies, made public calls on their Facebook accounts aimed at usurping power and violently overthrowing the constitutional order.

With regard to the received reports, two criminal proceedings were initiated in General Department for Investigation of Crimes against the State, Fundamentals of the Constitutional Order and Public Security of the RA Investigative Committee, within the framework of which public criminal prosecution was initiated against T.V. and A.Gh. according to the Part 2 of the Article 422 of RA Criminal Code. 

Detention was selected as a pretrial measure against T.V., search was declared, and A.Gh. was arrested in order to file a pretrial measure against him with the court.

Preliminary investigation of the criminal proceeding is ongoing.
