According to the work done at the RA Investigative Committee in 2022 and the analysis of the registered indices, the relevant commission formed by the order of the Chairman of the RA Investigative Committee has determined the subdivisions of the year and the investigator of the year which have shown the highest efficiency and thus have been found the best.

During the extended board session held on February 1, the Chairman of the mentioned commission Artur Melikyan has presented the new criteria, analytic work done on their base, procedures of the examinations based on which the selection has been made. 

In order to enhance the level of impartiality of the process aimed at increasing the work efficiency, making the subdivisions and investigators of the Investigative Committee be interested, in September, 2023 changes have been made in the relevant order of the RA IC Chairman on confirming the procedure, conditions, description of the awards to find “The best subdivision” and “The best investigator”.

Pursuant to the new criteria, by the assessment of the commission and orders of the RA IC Chairman

• The Investigative Division of Shengavit administrative district (Head of the Division Robert Vardanyan) has been found the subdivision of the year of Yerevan Investigative Department of the RA Investigative Committee,
• The Sixth Garrison Investigative Unit of General Military Investigative Department (Head of the Unit Davit Fljyan) has been found the subdivision of the year of General Military Investigative Department of the RA Investigative Committee,
• The RA IC Shirak Regional Investigative Department (Head of the Department Aghasi Isahakyan) has been found the subdivision of the year of regional investigative departments of the RA Investigative Committee.
  
  

By the selection made by the commission within the territorial subdivisions of the RA Investigative Committee and the order of the RA IC Chairman the investigator for particularly important cases of the RA IC Tavush Regional Investigative Department, second class councilor Karen Movsisyan has been found the “Investigator of the year”.

At the offer of the commission, by the order of the RA IC Chairman the investigator for  particularly important cases of the Investigative Division of Avan and Nor Nork administrative districts of the RA IC Yerevan Investigative Department, second class councilor Sargis Hakobjanyan and senior investigator of the Investigative Division of Shengavit administrative district of the RA IC Yerevan Investigative Department, first class councilor Sargis Melkonyan have been awarded with medal of the fourth degree “For Faultless Service” for conscientious implementation of service duties,  work of high quality and ensuring high indices.

The ceremony of awarding has been held within the framework of the extended board session of the RA Investigative Committee.

The Chairman of the RA Investigative Committee congratulated those awarded, wished them improvement in efficiency, as well as thanked the commission for the objective selection made in the result of comprehensive and punctilious examination.
