Qualification Commission
The Qualification Commission onsists of 9 members.
The Commission consists of one of the Deputies Chairman of the RA Investigative Committee, 4 investigators, and 4 legal scholars.
The members of the Commission are appointed by the Chairman of the RA Investigative Committee for a period of 3 years.
The Commission is headed by the Deputy Chairman of the RA Investigative Committee.
